Shipping policy

Most items are handmade to order and will ship in up to 8 weeks from the day you place your order. If you purchase specifically from the ready to ship (RTS), these items are available to ship within 3-5 days. Please note, actual color may vary slightly due to lighting, computer and phone settings, etc. 

NOTE • If you order both RTS and MADE-TO-ORDER pieces, your whole order will ship when the MADE-TO-ORDER pieces are complete -- If you want us to ship the RTS pieces first while waiting for the made-to-order pieces please email us or just purchase the RTS and MADE-TO-ORDER items separately. 

All packages -- both domestic and international -- are shipped via USPS ground, and items over 1lb are shipped priority mail. If you would like a signature required, upgraded shipping or insurance added please contact us.

• WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your item shows as delivered please contact your local post office to file a missing package report.

-You may file a claim for insured mail, collect on delivery (COD) items, registered mail with postal insurance. Or priority mail express packages. please file your claim immediately.

-If you would like to insure your package please email us at hello@grlfriday.com with subject line “INSURE MY PACKAGE”.

• Both domestic and international packages that are not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of GrlFriday Shop to re-ship or refund.

International Shipping:

• International orders returned to GrlFriday. Shop due to unclaimed customs will be returned to inventory after 90 days of no contact from the buyer. GrlFriday will attempt contact prior to the order being forfeited.

• International customers are able to order from our website, but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product leaves the U.S. and cannot provide tracking past the U.S. border. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
